About me
Hello! I’m a connector between creativity and strategy.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve collaborated with agencies, startups and established companies, leading digital campaigns, brand systems and product initiatives for brands across different markets.
Until recently, I was the Design Lead for the digital marketing team at Santander Portugal.
In this role, I led creative direction for digital campaigns and brand activations across multiple products, ensuring consistency and strong narrative alignment. Alongside hands-on work, I structured workflows and decision processes that helped the team deliver under pressure.
Over time, my focus naturally shifted from hands-on execution to aligning teams, defining processes and supporting strategic decisions. I worked closely with designers, copywriters, product and performance partners to ensure design outcomes were visually strong and aligned with business goals.
I fostered a collaborative and learning-driven design culture, creating spaces for shared thinking, experimentation and continuous improvement. This helped streamline delivery, strengthen team alignment and elevate the overall quality and clarity of the work.
I work between product thinking, brand narrative and digital systems, mixing craft and structure.
With an Advocate personality type, I approach work with a strong sense of responsibility and curiosity. I choose projects based on the skills I want to develop and the questions I want to explore.
This mindset has shaped a diverse portfolio, bridging the shift from graphic to digital design and reinforcing a generalist approach grounded in adaptability, systems thinking and continuous learning.
Outside of work, travel remains one of my greatest sources of growth, constantly exposing me to new cultures, perspectives and ways of thinking.
